ATTENTION: Burrard Animal Hospital + Emergency Health and Safety Guidelines as of March 25th, 2020
We ask that in our efforts to ensure that we maintain the highest standard of care to our patients, that our clients and staff adhere to the following protocols whilst visiting our hospital.
If you are showing symptoms of fever, shortness of breath or coughing please arrange for someone else to bring your pet to their appointment – we will be screening for this over the phone.
No clients on hospital premises – we ask that once you arrive for an appointment or for food/medication pick up please call the hospital on 6047385683 and our receptionists’ will assist you.
Payment – At this time our preferred method of payment is tap,
e-transfer, or credit card. We can also offer a direct link for credit card payment. No cash will be accepted.
Authorization – Authorization for services will be taken via email.
Pet belongings – No belongings will be permitted in the hospital. We will transfer your pets leash to our own upon entrance. Cat carriers are okay but nothing besides a towel inside the kennel will be accepted.
At this time there will be no exceptions to allowing people into the hospital unless it is for a euthanasia appointment. For further information about euthanasia appointments please contact our reception team.
We ask that during this time you be patient with us as we have become very busy and we are working our hardest to help both yourself and your pet while trying to keep our staff and families safe from COVID. Your patience is appreciated.
