We do not charge an Emergency Fee to be seen by our Veterinarians! Each patient is charged a consultation / exam fee only that covers the doctor’s initial examination and assessment. Fees for routine diagnostics and treatments required based on your pet’s condition are at regular cost. Additional service fee will be applied if your pet requires emergency advanced diagnostic such as Ultrasound / Endoscopy / CT Scan or Emergency Surgery. An estimate for these charges will be presented and discussed with you in advance.
