August’s Patient of the month is the sweetest French Bulldog named Boss Vincent. Boss had previously been seen at Oak Animal Hospital for ongoing treatment of intervertebral disc disease. Boss was recently in for spinal pain and underwent a CT scan. At this time we were able to further assess Boss’ intervertebral disc disease, and it was determined that unfortunately, he had a ruptured cruciate ligament in his left hind leg.
Boss was booked in for a Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy with our orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Jandi to correct the cruciate injury. He has since been recovering well under the watchful eye of his committed owner, Tiffany. We are so happy with how Boss has been recovering so far and hope that he continues to do well going forward!
